Design and implement rules-based and eligibility decision logic for the Decision Engine
Ensure decisions are deterministic, explainable, and compliant
Focus on building and maintaining decision logic using rules engines or decision tables
Integrate rules with backend decision services built in Node.js and/or Python
Combine deterministic rules with ML-driven signals to produce final Next Best Action outcomes
Translate business and regulatory requirements into versioned, testable decision logic
Understand auditability and explainability in regulated environments
Deliver low-latency, production-ready decision components that scale reliably
Qualification
Required
Strong experience translating business and regulatory requirements into versioned, testable decision logic
Experience with rules engines or decision tables (e.g., Drools or equivalent)
Integration of rules with backend decision services built in Node.js and/or Python
Understanding of auditability and explainability in regulated environments
Ability to deliver low-latency, production-ready decision components that scale reliably
