Responsibilities
Proactively engage with C-Suite executives through strategic multi-channel outreach (telephone, email, and LinkedIn)
Drive pipeline growth by consistently scheduling qualified sales meetings for the new business development team
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and target high-potential accounts and contacts aligned with the World 50 Group value proposition
Maintain the highest level of data integrity by accurately and continually enriching prospect account and contact information within the CRM
Provide comprehensive support to Sales Directors, including preparing detailed pre-call research and actively contributing to high-stakes sales conversations with insightful note-taking and follow-up actions
Qualification
Required
Relevant experience from customer-facing roles (service, hospitality, or sales)
Eager to launch a career in high-growth, performance-driven B2B sales
Inherently curious, entrepreneurial, and proactive
Highly motivated by achieving targets and driving success
A collaborative, resilient team player who thrives on solving complex challenges creatively
Possesses excellent communication skills, capable of confidently engaging and tailoring messaging for C-level executives
