Establish non-functional baselines (availability, resilience, observability) and regulatory readiness
Track business benefits: product launch velocity, deposit growth, digital adoption, and operational KPIs

Regulatory familiarity (KYC/AML, FFIEC/OSFI, PCI DSS) and enterprise risk management
Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS/GCP as applicable
Architecture: microservices, event-driven, API gateways, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep)
Integration: MBP open APIs, ESB, Kafka/streaming, service mesh
Security: OAuth2/OIDC, KMS/HSM, policy-as-code; MBP compliance engine

Preferred

Exposure to FIS Bank Modernization Framework and incremental modernization across digital/data/AI
Neo/digital bank launch experience; open banking monetization
