Receive, sort and file incoming faxes
Keep updated records and files
Insurance authorization requests
Take up other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bilingual English - Spanish
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Must have experience in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management skills
Customer service orientation
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
Knowledge of health insurance benefits, a plus
Basic understanding of computer skills and MS Excel
