Mid, Senior LevelGrand Motorcars Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join their team. The role involves driving PVR, maximizing product penetration, ensuring compliance, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
Present finance and protection product options clearly and professionally
Secure approvals and structure deals through multiple lenders
Ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal lending regulations
Submit deals accurately and on time with strong attention to detail
Maintain high product penetration and Total PVR performance
Work closely with Sales Managers and desk team to maximize profitability
Deliver a smooth customer experience from signing to funding
Maintain clean, accurate deal jackets and electronic documentation
Qualification
Required
Proven automotive F&I experience (Finance Manager / F&I Producer)
Strong closing skills and ability to build customer trust
Knowledge of lenders, deal structure, and credit tiers
Understanding of compliance (OFAC, Red Flags, menu selling, etc.)
Highly organized and able to handle a high-volume environment
Team-first attitude with a focus on performance and accountability
Preferred
Experience with digital deal processing / paperless workflow
Experience with Tekion or similar DMS/CRM systems
Track record of high PVR and strong product penetration
