Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships
Develop outreach strategies and manage a strong sales pipeline
Collaborate with leadership and marketing on growth initiatives
Represent the company at boat shows, B2B trade shows, and networking events
Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and other sales activities
Track performance and opportunities using CRM tools
Negotiate and close sales deals
Provide excellent customer service and follow up with customers
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset with a results-driven approach
Comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and closing
Organized, professional, and proactive
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers, and customers
Must be able to work a few weekends during boat show/trade show season
Must be proficient with basic office software (word, excel, jot forms, google sheets)
