They are looking for a Regional Director to drive revenue growth by managing high-value sales and partner networks in the Fintech and AI sectors.

Responsibilities
Drive and close high-value deals with institutional investors, real estate developers, and corporate entities
Identify, onboard, and manage a network of referral partners and affiliates to amplify your reach
Serve as a subject matter expert on our RWA tokenization platforms and our diverse suite of AI training programs
Execute localized sales strategies to capture market share in your region
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting
Work closely with the Managing Director to align regional efforts with global revenue goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in high-ticket B2B sales, Fintech, SaaS, or Capital Markets
Ability to operate autonomously and treat your region as your own business
Mastery of negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building with C-suite executives
A strong interest in blockchain, decentralized finance, and the practical applications of Artificial Intelligence
A pre-existing network within the financial, real estate, or corporate training sectors is a significant advantage
