Sales Operations Specialist
BM Digital is a leading growth marketing agency built to help e-commerce brands scale profitably and predictably. The Sales Operations Specialist will support the sales team by managing sales tools, coordinating appointments, and ensuring efficient sales operations from lead to conversion.

Responsibilities
Manage and confirm sales appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups with prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM
Support the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks to enable smooth lead flow and conversions
Monitor and update sales dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, PMs) to ensure alignment on leads and client data
Assist in developing and refining sales processes and workflows
Provide operational support to the sales team - lead tracking, documentation, CRM hygiene
Help with onboarding new sales team members on tools and processes
Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into operational efficiencies
Qualification
Required
Sales experience — at least 2 years in sales support, operations, or related role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred
Bonus: past experience working with HubSpot, Aloware, Calendly, Zoom, Slack, Google Sheets
