Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a range of aerial work platforms and boom lifts
Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and cosmetic repairs in accordance with company standards
Complete assigned work orders efficiently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety procedures
Accurately document all work performed and communicate findings in a clear, professional manner
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
Ensure repairs meet expectations for cost control, quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with working knowledge of hydraulics, internal combustion engines, and electrical/electronic systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record; ability to safely operate lift trucks
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, standing, sitting, lifting, and lying down as needed
Demonstrated ability to follow direction, work independently, and contribute effectively within a team
Preferred
Previous machinery or equipment repair experience preferred
