Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs using C#/.NET Core
Integrate with internal and external systems using RESTful services
Deploy applications to AWS (or other cloud platforms) and ensure high availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
Debug and optimize production-grade systems for performance and reliability
For senior roles: provide architectural input and mentor junior developers while remaining hands-on
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in C#/.NET Core and backend development
Experience with API design, integration, and documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable)
Familiarity with RDBMS and Kafka
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems
Preferred
Experience with ELK Stack, Dynatrace, and performance monitoring tools
Exposure to Camunda or similar BPM tools
Financial services experience (nice-to-have)
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
