Dayforce Workforce Management Specialist
DysrupIT is seeking an experienced Dayforce Workforce Management Specialist with strong Australia payroll and workforce management knowledge. This role focuses on configuring, supporting, and optimizing Dayforce WFM solutions to ensure compliance and accurate workforce processing.

Responsibilities
Configure and support Dayforce Workforce Management (WFM) modules
Implement and maintain pay policies, entitlements, and rules aligned with Australian legislation
Configure and support Australian awards, including (but not limited to):
General Retail Industry Award (GRIA)
SCHADS Award
Ensure compliance with Australian industrial relations and Fair Work requirements
Support time & attendance, rostering, scheduling, and leave management configurations
Work closely with Payroll, HR, and operational teams to address WFM requirements
Troubleshoot WFM, award interpretation, and entitlement-related issues
Support testing, go-live, and post-implementation activities
Document configurations, business rules, and operating procedures
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Dayforce WFM, preferably in Australian implementations
Strong knowledge of Australian awards, entitlements, and pay policies
Hands-on experience configuring time & attendance and pay rules in Dayforce
Understanding of Australian payroll and workforce legislation
Ability to interpret awards and translate them into system configurations
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
