Responsibilities
Performs routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision
Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization)
Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives
Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements
Must follow instructions and work within routine, standard practices, making decisions as required
Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures
Manually packages kits, performs cleaning functions, Test/Inspects parts for in-process quality checks, Trains others, accurately completes paperwork, pulls raw material for orders, feeds raw materials on the production line, clears most common machine faults, Preforms set up and start up tasks, Performs shut down tasks, performs most controls and adjustments for machine settings, performs a few preventative maintenance tasks, demonstrates the ability to follow and document established procedures according to GMP, works on operational metrics such as output and scrap, striving for continuous improvement, utilizes MES to support production activities and workflows, uses SAP to track and manage inventory and production data effectively, must follow all Client housekeeping policies and procedures, must follow all Client safety policies and procedures, must be able to work OT as required to meet Client business requirements, perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years manufacturing experience
Performs routine production functions including filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling and inspecting under general supervision
Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration), GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO9000 (International Organization for Standardization)
