Manage full cycle recruiting for entry-level, professional, and leadership roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
Screen and interview candidates; present qualified shortlists to hiring managers
Coordinate and schedule interviews for internal and external candidates
Support offer process and administer background checks with administrative assistance
Ensure compliance with employment laws and promote fair, unbiased hiring practices
Maintain accurate recruiting records and metrics
