Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
Lead software development, architecture, and infrastructure teams
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for product management to ensure customer-centric solutions
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards
Drive innovation in AI, analytics, and cloud-based solutions to support Navigate360’s safety and wellness platforms
Lead integration of technologies and teams from acquired companies into existing technology infrastructure and function
Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate technology into strategic planning
Engage with investors and Board of Directors to communicate technology strategy, performance, and value creation initiatives
Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets effectively
