Responsibilities

Support students in Math and ELA at an Elementary school
Work directly with small groups or individual students to reinforce key academic skills, support classroom learning, and build student confidence
Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects like Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Regents exam prep
Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies that help students thrive academically and personally

Required

Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field
Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school (or virtual program) and participate in monthly training

Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success
