Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for server and data center hardware
Perform server builds, swaps, and component replacements (CPU, memory, power supplies, GPUs, etc.)
Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and OS-level issues
Execute preventive and reactive maintenance per procedures
Document work performed and follow Plan of Action (POA)
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
Participate in on-call rotation and flexible shift support

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in data center, server support, or field service
Hands-on experience with server hardware
Experience with server deployments and component replacement
Basic knowledge of Linux or similar operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working independently on-site
Local to Memphis, TN or willing to relocate

Preferred

Dell or other server vendor experience
Data center or enterprise IT environment experience
Hardware certifications (not mandatory)
Experience building PCs or working with GPUs
