New Grad, Entry LevelConcorde Education is seeking an engaging, student-centered STEM Instructor to facilitate a short-format after-school enrichment course for students. This role provides hands-on, project-based learning experiences that build curiosity, problem-solving, and foundational skills across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Responsibilities
Deliver a 10-session STEM enrichment course with clear objectives and hands-on instruction
Prepare and manage materials safely, including set-up and clean-up routines
Facilitate interactive experiments and design challenges with structured guidance and student choice
Differentiate instruction to support varying readiness levels and learning needs
Maintain a safe, inclusive environment aligned to site policies and expectations
Communicate professionally with site staff and Concorde program contacts regarding attendance and session completion tracking
Adapt pacing and activities as needed while maintaining intended learning outcomes
Support students in completing a culminating artifact demonstrating applied STEM learning
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 60 college credits (or Associate degree in progress/completed)
Comfort teaching foundational STEM concepts through hands-on, inquiry-based activities
Experience working with school-age students in structured settings (school, camp, after-school, tutoring, youth programs)
Strong facilitation skills, clear communication, and comfort managing materials and procedures
Reliable, punctual, and professional; able to follow school policies and program boundaries
Ability to maintain safety-first routines and an organized, engaging classroom environment
