Responsibilities
Own the AEMaaCS architecture , driving platform stability, scalability, and continuous optimisation
Define enterprise-wide AEM standards , governance models, and best practices
Architect and guide cloud-native AEM solutions , aligned with Adobe-recommended patterns
Partner closely with Adobe product teams , internal engineering leaders, and marketing stakeholders
Lead architectural decisions across AEM Sites, components, frameworks, and integrations
Oversee modernisation initiatives , including component consolidation and framework upgrades
Provide architectural oversight across front-end experiences while ensuring back-end scalability
Act as the senior technical authority for vendor teams (17–18 contributors) and internal partners
Translate complex technical decisions into clear business value for senior leadership
Qualification
Required
10+ years of enterprise software engineering experience
3+ years of hands-on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) architecture experience
Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, cloud operations, and performance optimisation
Strong front-end architectural knowledge (React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS)
Solid awareness of back-end systems (Java, APIs, cloud integrations, AWS)
Proven ability to lead without authority and influence cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills — confident presenting to architects, engineers, and executives
US Citizens & Green Card holders only
Preferred
Experience across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem highly desirable
Enterprise-scale, high-traffic website experience a strong plus
