Responsibilities
Coordinate daily tasks with manufacturing staff to meet customer requirements for boxbuild and coating while maintaining safety and quality standards
Assemble finished units according to customer specifications and collaborate with teammates on tasks requiring multiple operators
Maintain and organize spare parts inventory, ensuring timely ordering and accuracy for order fulfillment
Perform preventive maintenance on area tooling and follow standardized procedures to support audit compliance and equipment readiness
Prepare assemblies for coating, operate manual or automated coating equipment, and maintain accurate thickness logs and MES records (if coating is assigned)
Support 5S initiatives by keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational guidelines
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production support environments
Ability to follow detailed written/visual instructions, work within standardized procedures, and maintain accuracy in documentation
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate tasks, manage inventory, and support cross‑functional operations
