Partnerships & Account Manager – Community & Growth
MyyShop is seeking a relationship-driven BD / Sales professional based in the U.S. to build long-term relationships and activate communities for sustainable business growth. The role involves new client development, deep relationship management, and community engagement to enhance client retention and business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Proactively identify, contact, and engage potential clients through cold outreach, warm introductions, and networking
Initiate and manage 1-on-1 conversations to understand client backgrounds, goals, and pain points
Build a structured pipeline of new leads and opportunities
Develop and maintain stable, long-term, and high-trust client relationships
Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring ongoing communication and follow-up
Translate client needs into tailored solutions, tools, or service offerings
Support or lead client community building, including group chats, private communities, or curated networks
Actively engage clients within communities to strengthen relationships and increase retention
Identify opportunities for cross-selling or up-selling based on real usage and trust
Organize or support offline client meetups, small events, dinners, or workshops
Use events as a relationship-deepening and business development tool
Coordinate with internal teams to align event goals with business objectives
Introduce and recommend relevant tools, services, or business solutions based on client needs
Act as a connector between clients and internal resources
Ensure solutions are positioned in a consultative, value-driven way
Qualification
Required
BD / Sales background, preferably in the U.S. market
Strong interpersonal skills; genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships
Socially active, comfortable with networking, events, and community environments
Confident in cold outreach, but not salesy or aggressive
Able to manage multiple relationships and conversations in parallel
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working with ambiguity
Existing network or access to relevant communities is a strong plus
Preferred
Experience in community-led growth, partnerships, or ecosystem building
Background in startups, platforms, or service-based businesses
Experience working with founders, creators, entrepreneurs, or SMB clients
