Responsibilities
Develop and launch a new mobile application from the ground up
Integrate practical, AI-driven features to enhance user experience such as personalized recommendations and smarter search functionality
Utilize AI-supported development tools to streamline workflows, testing, and support continuous deployment
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers on a small, agile team
Ensure the application meets high standards for performance, security, and maintainability
Partner with product and design leadership to influence roadmap decisions and align technical solutions with business strategy
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
8-10 years of professional experience building and scaling applications across the stack
Proficiency in modern languages and frameworks such as Python, Typescript, Node.js, React, or similar
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and best practices in CI/CD, containerization, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Exposure to or interest in leveraging AI/ML tooling and frameworks to enhance applications
A self-starter with strong problem solving and analysis skills
An excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team environment
Preferred
Experience leading small teams or managing software projects
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices
Background in building consumer-facing (B2C) applications
Interest or experience in the real estate technology industry
