Responsibilities
Conduct evidence-based psychological assessments for patients referred by PCPs
Provide therapy using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, crisis intervention, IPT, and behavioural activation
Develop treatment plans and make clinical recommendations
Refer patients to Psychiatry as appropriate
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments
Coordinate care with providers and health homes
Maintain timely clinical documentation
Qualification
Required
Ph.D. or PsyD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
Active NYS Psychologist license
Preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English
