Required

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Customer service experience and the ability to engage professionally with various stakeholders

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or similar administrative role is an advantage
