Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for key technical and leadership roles in telecom engineering and construction
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies
Develop and execute sourcing plans using job boards, LinkedIn, industry groups, and Boolean search
Manage candidate communication and engagement through every stage of the hiring process
Represent the company at career events and industry conferences to build talent brand
Maintain recruiting compliance, including documentation aligned with OFCCP guidelines
Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine processes
Provide on-site support to project teams as needed for key talent searches
Work cross-functionally with HR and operations to ensure alignment on talent priorities
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience recruiting in telecom, engineering, or construction environments
Strong sourcing skills across digital platforms and professional communities
Track record of filling technical and leadership roles quickly and effectively
Excellent relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
Understanding of OFCCP compliance and structured hiring practices
Willingness to travel up to 30% to project or hiring sites
Preferred
Experience hiring for senior field or technical leadership roles
Familiarity with telecom infrastructure, low voltage, or structured cabling projects
Knowledge of technical certifications (e.g., BICSI, TIA) and engineering competencies
Exposure to staffing needs in data center, transportation, or healthcare sectors
