Responsibilities
Own and optimize Saltbox's paid media strategy across Google and Meta. Test into new platforms
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing. Personalize landing experiences
Build and lead a structured growth experimentation roadmap across new and existing channels
Design geo-targeted growth strategies. Collaborate with field marketing, creative, community marketing and operations leads
Own reporting and analysis across all growth channels. Identify and implement marketing tools
Lead and mentor a small growth team and agency partners. Work cross-functionally
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
Proven success managing paid acquisition on Google and Meta and website/landing page optimization
Proven success managing or collaborating on lifecycle/email marketing
Strong grasp of a growth experimentation framework
Fluent in modern martech and AI-enabled tools
Strategic thinker and clear communicator
