Lycored is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join their growing Customer Experience Team in Branchburg, NJ. This role serves as the front-line connection between the company and customers, ensuring accurate order processing and strong cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders from receipt through delivery and invoicing
Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment
Respond to customer inquiries and requests within established service timelines
Coordinate complaint management with Quality Assurance
Support technical documentation requests and customer questionnaires
Communicate order updates and change notifications to customers
Maintain accurate customer contracts, agreements, and blanket orders
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, and logistics partners to minimize delays
Support internal commercial and sales teams
Identify opportunities to improve daily processes and efficiency
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented, coachable, and adaptable mindset

Preferred

Manufacturing or supply chain experience
Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
ERP or CRM experience (SAP Business One preferred)
Experience with SharePoint or similar systems
Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
