Responsibilities
Define the overall test automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects and teams
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to seamlessly integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Create end‑to‑end automation test strategies, test plans, and automation framework architecture for programs and large-scale initiatives
Lead and mentor QA teams in automation tools, frameworks, and AI‑enabled testing methodologies
Guide junior testers by helping them understand application logic, improving testing practices, and encouraging broader adoption of automation
Drive continuous improvement in testing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall product quality using modern engineering practices
Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and automation accelerators to enhance productivity and accelerate test design and execution workflows
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in QA automation leadership or test architect roles
Deep knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, API automation tools, etc.)
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Experience working with Git, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI-assist tools
Familiarity with DevOps concepts such as environment provisioning, monitoring, and release workflows
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong oral and written communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
