Responsibilities

Complete oversight of repair & restoration projects
Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget; investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures
Manage self perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting
Attend project meetings
Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance

Qualification

Brick/stone/terracotta repairConstruction project managementSelf perform estimatingProcore softwareBachelor’s in Construction Management

Required

5 years of experience in brick/stone/terracotta/facade repair or an equivalent level of education combined with experience
Knowledge of construction project management software
Previous experience with self perform estimating and project execution

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred
Familiarity with Procore is ideal
