Delivering high-quality SAP BRIM training sessions
Developing course materials
Customizing training content based on the needs of trainees and clients
Assessing participants’ progress
Addressing queries
Providing continuous support and mentorship
Collaborating with the team to ensure all training aligns with industry standards
Ensuring clients receive exceptional learning experiences
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM solutions, modules, configuration, and implementation methodologies
Experience in instructional design, course material development, and delivering technical training sessions
Strong communication, public speaking, and mentorship skills
Ability to assess training effectiveness and tailor sessions to meet diverse learning needs
Experience working with businesses and understanding corporate learning requirements
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a trainer or consultant role is a plus
Passion for teaching and staying up to date with advancements in SAP BRIM systems
Certification in SAP BRIM is highly desirable but not mandatory
