Work hand-in-hand with AI and data teams to evaluate models in underwriting, claims, pricing, and risk assessment
Spot biases, fill gaps, and offer the insurance know-how that makes AI truly industry-ready
Ensure AI outputs match real-world insurance practices, regulations, and customer expectations
Define success metrics to keep model performance sharp and business-driven
Guide data annotation with domain expertise so models learn the •right• lessons
Help shape frameworks that make AI decisions more understandable, trustworthy, and transparent
Stay on top of insurance regulations, compliance standards, and emerging AI trends — keeping our tech both cutting-edge and compliant
Qualification
Required
7+ years in Insurance (Underwriting / Claims / Risk / Product)
Bachelor's or Master's in Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial Science, Business, or a related field
7+ years in the insurance industry — underwriting, claims, risk modeling, or product management
Deep understanding of insurance operations, policy structures, and regulatory frameworks
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with tech, data, and product teams
