The role involves ensuring compliance with Wisconsin's Public Records Law and assisting with the Office of Legal Counsel operations.

Required

Experience implementing and tracking projects and providing necessary updates to relevant stakeholders
Experience coordinating with stakeholders across an agency, division, or similar on complex requests, projects, or records programs
Experience handling confidential and/or sensitive information
Experience researching, interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with rules, policies, laws, or procedures

Preferred

Experience interpreting and applying Wisconsin open records law and administrative policies
Experience interpreting and applying electronic records management standards and practices
Experience providing administrative support to executive offices or boards
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an accredited law school
