Responsibilities
Deliver accurate, high-quality financial information for Fidelity’s mutual fund boards
Assist with preparing and reporting quarterly and annual Fund Profitability results to senior leaders
Work with other analysts to analyze the results and understand how changes within the business affect results
Gain an understanding of how Fidelity’s distribution channels contribute to the firm’s mutual fund business
Contribute to various ad hoc projects, including Board-requested analyses and methodology reviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Professional experience in finance, accounting, and/or in the financial services industry a plus
Self-motivated teammate with energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with business partners
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills for all organizational levels
Proficiency in modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Oracle BI, Power BI)
Adaptability to shifting priorities while maintaining progress on scheduled work
