VP of Sales
Full Swing Simulators is seeking a VP of Sales to lead their inbound and outbound sales strategies and international market expansion efforts. The successful candidate will develop high-performing sales teams, implement effective sales processes, and drive revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and drive innovation
Conduct market research and analysis to assess international market opportunities, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements
Build strategic partnerships and alliances with international distributors, resellers, and channel partners to extend market reach and penetration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
Establish and monitor key performance metrics and sales KPIs to track progress and performance
Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience
5-7 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
Proven experience in developing and executing inbound and outbound sales strategies in a competitive market environment
Proven experience in developing and executing international market expansion strategies, including market research, partner/channel development, and localization efforts
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales professionals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Results-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and exceeding targets
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools (such as Salesforce)
Ability to travel as needed 15%-25%
