Responsibilities
Support the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead for various FMS programs
Assist the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance
Handle program/project management capabilities, including acquisition and employment of program/project resources
Produce relevant contract artifacts, including CDRLs, procurement, travel, and EWW requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of relevant experience required; additional work experience (4 years) may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Master's degree and four (4) years experience may be substituted
Active Secret clearance to start with and ability to obtain and maintain TS clearance
FMS experience
Preferred
Electronic warfare (EW)/Electronic Attack (EA)
PMP certification
