Korn Ferry is partnering with a community-driven financial services organization in Northern California to find an experienced Assistant Manager for their Contact Center. The role focuses on supporting daily operations, enhancing service quality, and improving team performance through effective training and coaching.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding and training of new agents to ensure readiness for a variety of customer interactions
Maintain and updates training materials to reflect product, system, process, and compliance changes
Monitor agent performance through call reviews, quality evaluations, and customer feedback
Prepare performance and operational reports, identifying trends and improvement opportunities
Address quality gaps through coaching, feedback, and targeted retraining
Support implementation of quality assurance initiatives to maintain service standards
Assists with workforce scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and policy adherence
Handle escalated customer inquiries and drives effective resolution
Serve as a secondary point of contact for internal and external operational inquiries

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work onsite in Livermore (5 days/week)
2+ years of contact center experience, including lead or supervisory responsibilities

Preferred

bachelor's degree preferred
1+ years of experience in a regulated or financial services contact center environment preferred
