This role provides day-to-day administrative support to the Human Resources department, focusing on data entry, document maintenance, new hire processing, and employee support tasks.

Responsibilities
Enter employee data into ADP Workforce Now, including updates, changes, terminations, and document uploads
Maintain accurate and confidential digital employee files
Assist with basic benefits-related tasks as assigned
Work with the Onboarding Specialist to support new hire data input and processing
Respond to phone calls, HR inbox messages, and verification of employment (VOE) requests
Provide helpful, friendly, and timely support to employees and applicants
Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding communication
Perform general administrative duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Assist payroll with documentation and file management as needed
Organize and maintain HR documents and department files
Troubleshoot minor issues and collaborate with HR team members on solutions
Support special projects and additional HR tasks when needed
Qualification
Required
Organized and detail-oriented
Administrative or data-entry experience
Professionalism and confidentiality
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately
2–4 years of office or administrative experience with strong data entry skills OR recent college graduate with HR-related coursework
High School Diploma or equivalent required
No previous HR experience required
A combination of education and experience may be considered
Preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience
