Responsibilities

Support our agent community and our sales organization
Work on enhancement project work and systems support
Participate in Service Management activities
Work closely with our business partners to develop requirements and design solutions to increase the efficiency of our Sales organization
Participate in an on-call rotation

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
The completion of a technical training program and a minimum 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and a minimum of 2 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce development in Sales, Services or Financial Services cloud with a firm understanding of SOQL, Apex, LWC and Aura
Experience with .NET (ASP.NET, C#), .SQL Server, SSIS, ETL, Agile/DevOps, MuleSoft integration and AWS ecosystem
Knowledge of User Management: User Profiles, User Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy and User Setup
Standard Object testing and/or modifications: Workflows, Approval Processes, and Page Layouts
Knowledge of Opportunity management
