Qualification
Required
Full Time availability Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Ability to organize the conversion of properties from one owner to another
Experience working with utility providers
Strong communication skills to contact clients and account managers
Ability to coordinate with utility providers to gather bill information and schedule utility transfers
Proficiency in inputting account information into a database
Ability to help clients understand the Conservice process
Capability to act as the point-of-contact for varying tasks across several properties
