Responsibilities

Analyze financial performance, trends, variances, and risks
Develop dashboards and reports to support data‑driven decisions
Partner with leadership on annual budgets and long‑term financial planning
Present financial results, forecasts, and KPIs to leadership
Monitor project budgets, WIP, billing, and profitability
Collaborate with project managers on cost tracking and forecasting
Recommend process improvements to enhance automation and accuracy

Qualification

Accounting experienceDeltek proficiencyQuickBooks proficiencyProject accountingBudgetingRevenue recognitionAnalytical skillsAEC industry experienceCPA/CMA certificationCommunication skills

Required

4+ years of accounting experience
Proficiency with Deltek and QuickBooks
Strong understanding of project accounting, budgeting, and revenue recognition
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred

Preferred

AEC industry experience is a plus
