Scalence L.L.C. is seeking individuals to support their Client Operations team, which is essential for executing and maintaining key operational processes for a smooth client contracting experience. The role involves optimizing operational processes through metrics reporting and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities
Consistently execute processes in line with compliance and controls
Contribute to task-level process improvements for increased efficiencies and effectiveness
Resolve escalated process cases that require more nuance
Assist in compiling and sending out reports on process metrics, contract statuses, and account adjustments
Communicate findings from process monitoring and optimization efforts to management
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Minimum 2 years experience with Process Execution & Compliance
Minimum 2 years experience with Data Analysis & Reporting (PowerBI is preferred)
Minimum 1 year experience with CRM Systems & Data Management Tools Proficiency
Preferred
Experience in client operations, process improvement, or contract management
Background working in structured, compliance-driven environments
Proficiency with CRM systems and data management tools
