Responsibilities
Develop and execute Material Program Plans, Subcontract Management Plans, and other strategic planning tools
Develop and execute Risk & Opportunity plans to meet program commitments & proactively manage mitigation plans
Supporting financial management reviews using Earned Value Management through the Estimate at Complete (EAC) process
Balance strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs
Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
Collaborate with Supply Chain functions for support, as needed
Monitor performance metrics and proactively act to address program and functional issues
Provide comprehensive Supply Chain support for gate reviews
Oversight of subcontractor execution performance
Forecasting material sales and meeting commitments
Obtain MPM certification level 3 within 1 year of hire
Qualification
Required
Typically requires bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience
Minimum 5 years experience in a supply chain role, finance, engineering, and/or program/project management
The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Experience using MRP systems, including SAP and Kinaxis
Experience managing budgets and related performance to budget
