Responsibilities
Production Planning: Develop and execute daily/weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines
Operational Efficiency: Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve productivity
Leadership: Direct, train, and mentor production personnel to ensure peak performance
Quality & Safety: Maintain strict quality control standards and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations (FIFO/FEFO)
Resource Management: Oversee inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods, working with vendors and warehouse staff
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of proven experience in managerial and or supervision or similar role in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of production procedures, quality control, and Lean Manufacturing principles
Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Preferred
Technical college or college studies
