They are seeking a senior CFO who will own the full financial infrastructure of the company, ensuring scalability and audit readiness as transaction volume increases.

Responsibilities
Own management company accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash runway
Design and maintain clean intercompany and cost allocation frameworks
Build scalable processes for uneven fee income and deal driven economics
Oversee vendor stack including accounting, payroll, banking, and expense management
Set up and manage SPV accounting frameworks from formation through exit
Oversee capital calls, distributions, investor tables, and expense allocations
Ensure accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reporting across vehicles
Coordinate with fund administrators, tax advisors, auditors, and legal counsel
Establish close calendars, approval workflows, and internal controls
Produce consistent, institutional quality financial reporting
Ensure documentation discipline and audit readiness at all times
Act as final sign off on financial outputs delivered to investors and partners
Serve as a trusted partner to the Founder on financial strategy and prioritization
Provide clarity in ambiguous situations and make judgment calls under time pressure
Anticipate problems before they surface and implement preventative controls
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as CFO, COO, or senior finance leader at a PE fund, credit fund, hedge fund, or independent sponsor
Direct responsibility for sponsor level finance and multi entity structures
Experience operating without heavy institutional infrastructure, especially in early stage or growing platforms
Strong judgment, responsiveness, and comfort owning outcomes end to end
