Contributes to the efficient operation of the Athletic Department by providing a variety of secretarial, clerical, and receptionist services
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two (2) years secretarial experience
Accurate typing/keyboarding
Computer data entry and word processing experience
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and co-workers
Excellent public relations skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential matters, especially in dealing with representatives from the news media
Ability to perform essential job functions and job task requirements
Preferred
Advanced secretarial or business training
