Responsibilities
Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize blow molding equipment from start-up to sustained production
Retrieve and adjust PLC programming information to maintain container quality
Conduct changeovers for bottle sizes and complete related documentation
Perform routine quality checks; update production and quality records for assigned lines
Communicate with production teams to coordinate efficient process flow
Stay current on process updates by reviewing logs, special procedures, and posted notices
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all safety programs
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years in a facility running blow molders; Uniloy experience is a plus
Solid basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools
Clear written and verbal communication; ability to follow detailed instructions
Commitment to safe work practices and willingness to work overtime as needed
Comfort working around strong fumes and loud machinery
Must pass pre-employment Drug Screen and Background check
