Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of administrative duties to support daily operations
Managing schedules
Handling correspondence
Phone communication
Proactive client outreach
Scheduling meetings
Meeting prep
Processing paperwork and client follow-up
Working with other admin and ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations in alignment with company goals
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical work for effectively managing documents, scheduling, and office operations
Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Communication to manage phone inquiries and maintain professional interactions with clients and team members
Experience in Administrative Assistance to support leadership with calendar management, correspondence, and task prioritization
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, (Word and Excel) or similar productivity software
Comfortable working with numbers and performing routine calculations
High attention to detail and accuracy
Positive attitude, willingness to engage in various business projects and initiatives
Have a sharp eye for opportunity and a quick mind that sees ways to uniquely solve problems all the while building and improving systems for the betterment of the team and client
Ability to get to the office, on time, work efficiently in an on-site office environment
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems or digital filing systems
Prior experience in financial services, licensed or unlicensed, professional services, or administrative support roles
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management or Communications
Is a Notary Public, has an FPQP® designation or other professional designations, or industry licenses
