Responsibilities
Review, validate, and process vendor invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely payment
Determine and document periods of performance for services and accurately record voucher details
Reconcile and maintain Accounts Payable ledgers and subledgers, including reclassifications as needed
Manage vendor master data, including onboarding, validation, updates, and ongoing data cleansing
Partner with Procurement, Accounting, and Audit teams to resolve data issues, support audits, and participate in system and master data initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of relevant accounting or AR experience, including at least 2 years at a senior analyst, accounting, or audit level
Experience supporting AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting in public sector, financial services, real estate, or similar environments
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Preferred
CPA, CGFM, CMA, or CIA certification preferred
