Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative and process improvements to resolve the root cause of recurring partner/client issues
Lead constant improvement efforts for issue tracking and reporting
Research and resolve client issues
Coordinate running new services, products, and challenges between the partner and production support
Work with accounts with multi product platforms/environments
Work on complex tasks, issues and environments
Qualification
Required
3- 4 years of experience as an Account/Client Executive or National Client Service Representative with large financial institutions, point of sale system integrators, value added resellers
Ability to drive issues to resolution under moderate supervision
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent time and task management ability
High School Diploma or equivalent
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role
Preferred
2-3 years of Fintech experience
Experience with Electronic payment systems, POS payment hardware, and IT systems
Technology savvy, Microsoft Word, Strong Excel/spreadsheet experience
Bachelors Degree
