Prior Substation Engineering experience required
Function as a Lead SME on multiple topics
Work with other Station Engineering SMEs to support the regional teams
Work with Station Engineering Production team on quality reviews
Support the development of training for the Station Engineering Role
Support Station Engineering for special projects as needed
Mentor and train personnel as requested
Knowledge of NESC (National Electrical Safety Code) Code and current industry standards
Qualification
Required
Prior Substation Engineering experience required

Has typically acquired 6 or more years of related engineering experience along with a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in a program accredited by ABET
Acceptable alternatives are (1) a Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET), plus a Professional Engineers (PE) license in any state of the U.S. or (2) a Bachelor's degree in engineering (non-ABET) plus a Master's degree in engineering from a university with an ABET accredited Bachelor's program
Preferred
Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) in any U.S. state or Puerto Rico is encouraged and preferred
