This role focuses on application platform operations, development support, and migration initiatives, working closely with multiple application teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support for application platforms, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response
Support application development initiatives, including coordination with multiple application teams
Manage and support DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, container-based environments, and release processes
Support frequent application releases in an Agile development environment
Utilize GitHub for module management and application operational support
Support front-office and middle-office applications across the Americas (primarily web-based and microservices)
Qualification
Required
Broad experience across application platform operations, development support, and migration projects
Strong understanding of the full SDLC, with hands-on experience completing at least two full development cycles
Experience working in Agile development environments with frequent releases
Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple application teams
Strong communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience with DevOps-related technologies such as:
GitHub / GitHub Actions
CI/CD pipelines
Container technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure)
Experience supporting financial services
